NeedGetSMS provides shared temporary phone numbers for legitimate privacy-conscious use, software testing, development, and non-sensitive services that permit temporary numbers. Our inboxes are public and shared: messages received by a number may be visible to other visitors of this website.

Prohibited uses

You may not use NeedGetSMS to:

• access another person's account or messages;
• bypass authentication, identity checks, anti-abuse systems, or platform restrictions;
• create or operate multiple accounts in violation of another service's rules;
• access banking, payment, financial, government, healthcare, employment, or other sensitive services;
• receive account-recovery links or password-reset messages;
• conduct fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, phishing, or other unlawful activity;
• receive, publish, or distribute private, confidential, or personal information;
• use the service in a way that violates telecommunications law or the terms of another service.

Enforcement

We may filter, remove, block, or report content and activity that appears to violate this policy or applicable law. Messages from financial, banking, government, healthcare, identity, and account-recovery services are automatically suppressed on public inboxes.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with applicable law and with the rules of any third-party service you interact with. This policy does not state that every possible use of the service is legal in every jurisdiction.
